The brainchild of Vienna-native Wolfgang Bauer, Bel Etage is the product of years spent collecting Jugendstil antiques and combing Vienna’s small shops and markets. Here, the oldest pieces can often date back to the mid 1800s, and the store famously boasts “there are no replicas in Bel Etage”—only thrilling originals.
